This is duly important. The first reason it's important is if you're saying recently and it's been five months, they can easily react like, oh, no, I didn't I didn't speak to anybody recently and immediately start an argument with you or be mad at you. If you say a while back, there's not much they can really say, Oh, don't remember that, That's fine, because I don't remember what I had for dinner last night. So it's a much easier transition to get them to, you know, get to confirming information and actually moving forward in the presentation. So again, if it's a lead telephone, be lead.

And then right here, when you're in health, ask basics such as life or basics. Life, height, weight, smokers, non-smoker, doctor name or clinic. That's where you can say, okay, let's start with the basics.

Same thing with sex. So you can say I'm sorry for not getting right back to you, but you were on the internet regarding state regulated life insurance programs. So just make sure you make those distinctions because it will make a big difference in how people perceive you in the beginning because you're not making anything up recently as recent. That's an elite bleed could be a while back, so you might as well say a while back no matter what. And then what leads? They could have been recent or a while back. So don't mind apologizing there. And you don't want to say they recently spoke to somebody with the leads because it's not true.
